Shipping & Delivery

Lead time

Our typical lead time from order to delivery is approximately 3 months:

Weeks 1–4: Production at our manufacturing partner
Weeks 5–12: Ocean freight (approximately 55 days) plus US customs clearance
Final week: Local freight to your door

Actual transit times vary with port congestion, weather, and customs review. We'll update you at each stage.

How we ship

All AutoFitPro toppers ship via ocean freight in a multi-unit container, then transfer to domestic LTL freight for final delivery in the continental United States. Delivery is door-to-door, curbside drop-off.

Tracking

In production: We'll email you confirmation when your unit enters production
In transit (ocean): We'll provide the vessel name and container number once the ship departs
In customs: We'll notify you when your unit arrives at a US port and enters customs clearance
Out for local delivery: 7 days before arrival, you'll receive a tracking link from the LTL carrier and can schedule a delivery window

At delivery

The boxed topper weighs approximately 254 lbs (115 kg)
Delivery is curbside — the driver will drop the crate at the end of your driveway
You will need help unloading. Plan to have a second adult present
Inspect the crate at delivery. If you see visible damage, photograph it and note it on the driver's paperwork before signing

Shipping costs

Shipping is included in the $2,100 product price. There are no additional freight, customs, or delivery charges within the continental US.

Alaska, Hawaii, and international

We currently ship to the continental US only. For Alaska, Hawaii, or Canadian delivery, email autofitpro@gmail.com before ordering and we'll provide a custom quote.
