Shipping Policies
We offer free shipping to the customer with USPS within the contiguous 48 states and the average transit time ranges between 3-5 business days.
Shipping Timeframe:
Our shipping times are Monday through Friday with the last processing time for shipments being at 10am EST. All orders placed before this time will ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 10am EST, on weekends or on holidays will ship out the next business day.
Observed Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Delivery Concerns:
If your order shows to have been fully delivered to you, but you cannot locate the order, are missing items from your shipment or received a damaged product, please reach out with us directly within 48 hours of delivery as sometime it gets delayed due to system error.
Mailbox: Most of the smaller packages will be leaved at your mailbox and mail receiving area. If you do not see the package at the front door, please look for the package in the mailbox.
