## How ordering works

1. Place the $600 deposit on the product page and select your configuration (side door type, windows, storage boxes).
2. Production begins when the minimum batch size is reached (typically 1 to 2 weeks after the order).

4. Ocean freight transports the container to a US port, then customs clearance, then domestic LTL freight delivers to the customer's driveway.
5. AutoFitPro keeps the customer updated at every handoff: vessel number, customs status, and local delivery tracking.

AutoFitPro handles every order and issue directly with the founder by email. Deposits are refundable until the unit enters production (typically 1 to 2 weeks after ordering). After production starts, the deposit is no longer refundable because the panels are already being cut to the customer's configuration.
